About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Pho Saigon as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards and is presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff improve their skills and advance their careers.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working under pressure.
