Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Analyze operational data to optimize kitchen performance.
  • Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques to kitchen staff.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen personnel.
  • Create and develop new recipes tailored for events.
  • Instruct kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook meals for special events, including banquets.
  • Consult with clients to design menus for various functions.
  • Ensure food quality meets established standards.
  • Manage food supplies and kitchen inventory.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff.
  • Organize and oversee buffet and banquet setups.
  • Inspect kitchen and service areas for compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
