About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team at Dharma Empire Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the growth of our business
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with our business goals
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business and attract new customers
  • Ensure that all necessary business licenses and permits are in place
  • Maintain and manage our digital database to track customer interactions and business performance
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Accurate and reliable with a high level of dependability
