Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 3295572 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment or gas bar.
