Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of security equipment and machinery.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support security operations.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role will be based in a variety of locations, including security guard agencies and other work settings. You will be required to work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
