Job Overview

As a pivotal member of our esteemed organization, you will engage in various facets of the restaurant business, focusing on nurturing and motivating high-performing teams, adhering to our established systems and protocols, and collaborating closely with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. Your daily contributions will reflect a strong sense of ownership and vision, distinguishing our restaurants while ensuring a warm, inviting, and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate the restaurant's vision enthusiastically to all team members, leading by example. Embody the core values of Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and inspire the team with an engaging vision for the future. Regularly monitor and achieve key service metrics and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and senior management. Inspire the team to exceed expectations and understand how to create and maintain an outstanding bar program. Uphold high standards of personal integrity and business ethics, promoting the restaurant at every opportunity. Identify and attract top talent, guiding managers in hiring, training, developing, and evaluating employees while providing effective coaching and feedback. Apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, encouraging others to do the same. Demonstrate savvy business acumen, reporting accurately on sales, invoicing, payroll, employee records, and inventory management. Conduct and coach management to host well-informed briefings with service staff prior to each function or service. Understand service and business needs thoroughly and schedule accordingly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality sector. A proactive approach to seeking more efficient operational methods. A strong drive to achieve results and elevate standards for yourself and your team. A collaborative mindset, recognizing the strength in teamwork.
