About Itracks

Itracks is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle accounting, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and cash forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including cash management and foreign exchange.
  • Administer in-house payroll and benefits plans.
  • Prepare year-end schedules and working papers for review by an external accounting firm.
  • Filing of GST, payroll remittances, WCB, and sales tax management.
  • Maintain accounting software, timesheet software, and subscription management software.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and technology implementation programs.
  • Participate in company team development and performance management programs.
  • Serve clients and support business development opportunities.
  • Establish internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
  • Make recommendations to the team for improving procedures and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of cost accounting.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Team player with a desire to learn and make suggestions.
  • High degree of financial competence.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
