About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team at All Season Tree Service. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks to ensure our clients' properties look their best.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Tie and secure plants to ensure stability and safety
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep properties clean
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Lay sod or seed to create lush, green lawns
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to add color and beauty to properties
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to keep them healthy and thriving
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, sod cutters, and sprayers
  • Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and dependability to ensure tasks are completed on time
