Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the coffee shop.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work 20-40 hours per week.

Our coffee shop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and interact with customers from all over the world.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in our coffee shop, and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English.
