Role Overview
The Senior Sales Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. This position involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical insights during pre-sales activities and customer engagements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key technical stakeholders within client organizations to accurately assess their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Medium's technology offerings, conducting virtual and in-person presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concept sessions.
- Provide additional sales engineering support for larger client accounts, including managing RFPs, assisting with proof of concept setups, and traveling as necessary.
- Work closely with the Channel Sales team and partner networks to drive business opportunities through indirect sales channels.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, particularly within large organizations, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, particularly regarding network protection, cloud security, and endpoint management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and articulating the competitive advantages of our solutions at both technical and business levels.
