Job Title: Stage Experience Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your team execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora's selling model, support timely response to client feedback, and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support all World selling cast being properly trained in Client Interactive Technology.
  • Event Management: Support in-store events as needed to achieve store goals and client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Be aware of and coach performance management situations, ensure timely feedback for improvement, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: One to three years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
