Support the Sales and Marketing Team

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Director of Sales to support our Sales and Marketing team in achieving the Community's sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales and marketing database
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales collateral
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork and prepare resident administrative files
  • Conduct resident orientations and ensure a smooth transition to their new home at Sunrise
  • May include conducting presentations with customers
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a sales administrative support role (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competent in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
