About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Truckco Mechanical LTD. as a Heavy Equipment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal performance of heavy equipment.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Tire Installation and Replacement: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment, and install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to customers, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions to their needs.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Installation Specialization
  • Tire Installation: Specialize in tire installation, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the job, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 32-hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Language: Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues.
