Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, following our recipes and cooking methods.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are presented to our guests in a timely and efficient manner, meeting our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any issues to the management team.
- Guest Service: Provide excellent service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Certification: Valid Food Handler's Certification.
