Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorization and Ordering: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and running efficiently.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed at all times.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
