Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance needs.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • HVAC System Maintenance: Inspect, test, and repair our HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for our guests and employees.
  • Lighting and Equipment Replacement: Replace expired lighting and other equipment throughout our facilities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Pressure Washing and Cleaning: Perform regular pressure washing and cleaning of our facilities to maintain a clean and welcoming appearance.
  • Work Order Completion: Complete all assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure our facilities and equipment are always in good working order.
  • Guest Service and Communication: Provide exceptional guest service and communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Maintenance Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility repairs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and guests.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
