Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at NorWest Community Health Centres.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary care services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine check-ups, health assessments, and disease management for patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote health and well-being
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
