Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aluminum Frame Assembly Specialist to join our team at REGAL ALUMINUM WINDOWS & DOORS INC. This role involves working with various materials, particularly aluminum, to produce high-quality window products.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
  • Document product inspections and quality checks
  • Utilize hand tools to sand, trim, grind, and finalize products
  • Assemble components using various methods such as screwing, clipping, gluing, and welding
  • Cut and shape materials to create necessary parts

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Word
Work Environment
  • Repetitive tasks requiring physical stamina
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to perform tasks while sitting, standing, or walking

Job Type

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 40 to 44 hours per week. The role contributes to positive environmental outcomes through responsible manufacturing practices.
