About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at KINGSWAY LIQUOR & WINE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Stock and Maintain Store Displays: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the counter area and surrounding environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, reliability, and ability to work 35 hours per week.
