Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the FFUN Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to improve performance
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set sales targets and develop business plans to achieve them
- Manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Relevant sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent
- Strong financial and business acumen to drive revenue and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
