Insurance Sales Agent Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Travis Cairns Desjardins Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling insurance products, and responding to client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each policy.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Requirements
  • Provincial or territorial licence to sell insurance.
  • Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
