Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Van Driver to join our team at LA Logistics Moncton Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • Operate and Drive Vehicles: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Accept payment or invoices for items delivered.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Record Keeping: Keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • Preparation and Restocking: Prepare, package, and restock goods.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods.
  • Sorting and Planning: Sort packages for delivery and use maps and other trip planning aids.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
