Job Summary

RT Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team. As an RPN, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in need, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV medications, and catheter care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Travel to patients' homes, clinics, and other settings to provide care
  • Perform other clinical duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma from a recognized RPN program or equivalent
  • Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
  • Clear criminal background checks and Vulnerable Sector checks
  • Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis-resolution skills
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
