About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Silverberry Sports And Physiotherapy Clinic Inc. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the organization.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
