Position Overview

Enzo Developments Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assess daily operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Organize and plan daily operational tasks effectively.
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors for various projects.
  • Prepare and present budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and oversee subcontractor activities.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for quality assurance.
  • Manage project budgets efficiently.
  • Compile and submit detailed reports on project status.
