Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at SpecView Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly and efficiently.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and maintaining computerized stock inventory.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Perform tasks such as invoicing clients, arranging for shipping, receiving, and storage, and providing customer service.
  • Maintain supply storage areas and pack items for shipping and distribution.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
