Restaurant Operations Manager

Join BIN 4 BURGER LOUNGE NANAIMO as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and product pricing.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Health care plan.
- Support for newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
