About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Cosentino's Distribution Center in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products from trucks, flatbeds, and containers
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, to move products within the warehouse
  • Prepare metal A-frame return shipments and repair/rebuild wooden A-frames for LTL shipments
  • Move waste from containers to dumpsters and report any quality control issues
  • Clean and maintain a safe working area, adhering to Health and Safety procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, with a focus on material handling and inventory management
  • Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for 8 hours or more per day
  • Self-confidence, flexibility, initiative, and a safety-oriented mindset
