Senior Manager Corporate Services Job Description

The Apple Store is a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment that requires strong leadership to drive success. As a Senior Manager Corporate Services, you will be responsible for leading the staff and operations of one or more store areas, seeking solutions and results that create a high-performing work environment.

You will be expected to read situations quickly and act courageously, building success for the business and promoting the Apple brand through unparalleled customer service. Your role will involve guiding other leaders to inspire top performance from their teams, monitoring multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives, and collaborating with corporate business partners to report results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans across multiple business groups to improve process and drive the business in the store.
  • Coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results.
  • Adapt to challenges, provide support, and guide communications in a constantly changing retail environment.
  • Lead by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus.
  • Foster growth among staff by coaching and encouraging with clear communications.
  • Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers to create an environment that enhances loyalty for Apple products and services.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members.
  • Experience adapting to challenges and providing support in a constantly changing retail environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language. Multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs.
