Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at TEEMA. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business value through the analysis and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for Salesforce platform development projects
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Design and implement business solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated IM/IT experience
  • 5+ years of Business analysis experience in projects using the Agile methodology
  • 5 years of experience performing business analysis tasks in a Salesforce platform development project
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management
  • 1 year of experience working within the Public Sector as a Business Analyst
  • Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, DevOps and Agile methodology
  • Excellent written and spoken competence in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline
