Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Heavy Duty Parts Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and ensure it is properly stored and displayed.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure they are followed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Accurate and organized with a focus on attention to detail.
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Team player with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
