We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Amusement Host to join our team at The Rec Room in Calgary. As an Amusement Host, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests, ensuring that they have a fun and memorable time at our venue.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure games are clean and well-maintained for guests
- Deliver exceptional service and entertainment experience to guests
- Upsell games by showcasing game operations and creating a fun environment
- Operate all major attractions
- Set up and tear down for functions, events, and activities
- Communicate operational problems to management
- Assist in re-stocking of redemption store
- Ensure individual stations are clean and fully operational
- Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail
- Some experience with customer service preferred
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a counter and its contents
- Working varied shifts
- Working alone for full shifts
- Standing for long periods of time
- Bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Working with guests of all ages
