Job Title: Subscription Sales Team Leader

RAYN CULTIVATION LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subscription Sales Team Leader to join our team.

Job Summary

The Subscription Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the subscription-based sales model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
