Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including transportation and maintenance
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of competence and compliance
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in planning and organizing operational logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances
