Kinesiologist Team Lead

pt Health is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to enhance their rehabilitation initiatives. The organization boasts a team of skilled physiotherapists focused on addressing orthopedic and sports-related injuries, alongside work-related and motor vehicle accident injuries through a variety of therapeutic services including physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a supportive environment and maintaining high service standards through effective leadership
  • Conducting regular meetings with team members to assess and discuss performance
  • Collaborating with the return to work team and relevant staff to facilitate successful patient reintegration into the workforce
  • Leading interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Overseeing and enhancing the quality of patient care
  • Performing audits on patient charts to ensure treatment plans are accurate and effective
  • Upholding communication standards with all stakeholders
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and training

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Kinesiology
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate Kinesiology Association
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred
  • Experience with assessments related to workplace injury is an advantage
