At ULTRAWASH INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and hiring and training new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train new staff members
- Order merchandise and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and manage cash
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
As a Sales Supervisor at ULTRAWASH INC., you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
