Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient hotel operations.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and services.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial experience.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the hotel's financial stability.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and success.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Support for Veterans: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
