Operations Manager Job Description

SKAS TRADING LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency.
  • Establish and manage departmental structures, including senior staff positions, to ensure effective team performance.
  • Coordinate regional, divisional, or departmental activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Formulate and approve policies, programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating authority as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to create a high-performing team.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing business needs.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Team player with a strong initiative to drive business growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
