Senior Fund Operations Specialist

As a Senior Fund Operations Specialist at MUFG Investor Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fund of Funds business. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile, validate, and book FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner. This will involve working closely with our Client Service team to create efficiencies and reduce processing time. You will also be responsible for reviewing and booking daily cash transactions of clients under our target operating model. Additionally, you will perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system, address FOF trade-related enquiries and issues, and perform other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and validate FOF trading activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Service team to create efficiencies and reduce processing time.
- Review and book daily cash transactions of clients under our target operating model.
- Perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
- Address FOF trade-related enquiries and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
CPA or ACCA Equivalent.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fund administration of Fund of Hedge Funds.
