Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery. Your expertise in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Business Analysis:
  • Conduct process and data analysis to identify issues and root causes
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
  • Develop process design documents, software design documents, and test plans
  • Conduct UAT testing with stakeholders
Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and business acumen skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Tableau, MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint, and SDLC models
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
  • Solid leadership skills to manage project and stakeholder expectations
