Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Canature WaterGroup's dynamic sales team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western Canada sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations
  • Provide product training and education to customers in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage sales activity and results reporting via Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or related field or combination of education and previous professional sales experience
  • Experience, knowledge, and current relationships in the water treatment wholesale and plumbing industry considered an asset
  • Professional outside sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce system an asset
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office products and Google sheets
