Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walk-in traffic as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over-the-counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote CP products and services that meet customers' plans and budgets.
  • Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting and have strong organizational abilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in over-the-counter building material distribution sales.
  • Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware).
