The Marketing Outreach Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and communication strategies of Ignis Logistics Inc. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering effective communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Draft and implement policies to streamline communication processes.
  • Assess and refine existing communication strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare various written materials, including reports, briefs, and digital content.
  • Create educational and promotional programs to stimulate interest in our services.
  • Oversee and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Manage administrative duties to support marketing efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate development projects that enhance outreach.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Engage in comparative research on marketing approaches for diverse products.
  • Compile reports, research documents, and educational content.
  • Respond to inquiries in both written and verbal formats.
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Gather and prepare communication materials through thorough research.
  • Conduct analytical studies to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Design market research surveys to gather relevant data.
  • Build a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Devise and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary business licenses.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Maintain and organize a digital database for marketing resources.
Qualifications
  • Supervision: Experience supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
    • Skilled in Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
    • Familiar with Microsoft Visio and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and HTML editing tools.
    • Experienced with MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
    • Proficient in LinkedIn and WordPress platforms.
  • Work Experience: Background in Product Development.
  • Specialization: Expertise in Employee Engagement.
