Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at SSP TRUCK LINE INC. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of truck drivers and coordinate their activities to meet operational goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
