About the Role:

The Head of MPG Americas will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our business in the Americas region. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional business strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Country General Managers to ensure effective execution of business plans, manage country operations, and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic growth opportunities, optimize operations, and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Set the tone for a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and ethical business practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in the industrial gas or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
