Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a visually appealing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide in-depth product knowledge, assist customers in locating products, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and manage incoming shipments, including unloading and stocking merchandise, and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Retail Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions, manage the cash area, and maintain accuracy in all sales and cash handling activities.
  • Translation and Content Creation: Translate English texts into French in various areas, including marketing, electronics, IT, and retail, and maintain/update the content of the French website.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a similar technical environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in technical tasks related to computer parts, accessories, and consumer electronics.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in bilingual (French).
  • Other: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
