Job Title: Millwright Maintenance Technician

Emterra Group is seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our Material Recycling Facilities in Ontario.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Millwright Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure high plant reliability
  • Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance KPIs
Requirements:
  • Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade certificate (433A) or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of industrial experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical background with a focus on maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
