Identity Access Management, IAM Process Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain enterprise-wide IAM Process models, linking them to relevant standards.
  • Consult and support the strategic implementation and processes covering all aspects of IAM, ensuring all procedure documents align with IAM Process.
  • Maintain appropriate roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, through the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model documentation.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in IAM process modeling and implementation.
  • 4-5 years' experience in an IT risk and controls role.
  • Experience in delivery or support roles.
  • Strategic mindset, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
