Position Overview

The role of the Office Receptionist at ONbord Doors and Processed Panels involves providing essential administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Deliver basic information to clients and the general public.
  • Manage the switchboard or telephone system efficiently.
  • Procure office supplies as needed.
  • Document and relay important information accurately.
  • Issue invoices and maintain financial records.
  • Keep work logs and records organized.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Handle telephone calls and messages with professionalism.
  • Monitor mobile communication devices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Experience with electronic mail systems.
Transportation Requirements
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Work Environment
  • Capability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting.
