Program Manager, Quality Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality and excellence.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including scheduling and coordinating work with contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on quality management principles and practices.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of recent related experience in quality management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or business administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
